Breakfast at Eggy's Diner

Breakfast at Eggy's Diner

It has been a while since I've actually went out for what I could call "breakfast". I'm definitely more of a brunch girl, given that I can sleep in a bit longer and you know, the mimosas. But this particular time, I would definitely classify my experience at Eggy's Dinner as breakfast - and it was great.

Eggy's came highly recommended from a co-worker of mine, especially given that it is super close to my new apartment. It probably took Roosevelt and I 5 minutes max to walk there. The atmosphere at Eggy's definitely lives us up to its "diner" name, but it's modern - not like a 50's diner. They do not take reservations; however, you can put your name on the waiting list via Yelp before you arrive. Roosevelt and I put ourselves on the list, and waited a bit before heading over. Once we arrived, we waited for maybe 10 minutes before being seated. They have plenty of sweet and savory options, depending on your preference. The food portions are large- I definitely had leftovers! Overall we enjoyed our experience and our meal - I highly recommend it!

What I Ate: Denver Omelette with breakfast potatoes and a pancake - everything was tasty!

What I Wore:

  • Sweater: SheIn- it's only $17 and super cozy!
  • Necklace: Zales - I got the amazing opportunity to partner with Zales on their #LiveGold campaign!
